Born from a burden to raise up soul-winning ministers.

City Harvest Network was founded by Dr. Rod Parsley out of a conviction that every generation needs apostolic covering, authentic connection, and credible credentialing. For years, City Harvest Network has served as a spiritual home for ministers across the nation and around the world.

Lead pastor of World Harvest Church and founder of City Harvest Network, Dr. Parsley has spent over five decades building a living legacy of Pentecostal soul-winning. His apostolic voice and Holy Ghost fire are the heartbeat of the City Harvest Network family.

What We Believe

The foundations of faith.

City Harvest Network holds to the full counsel of God as revealed in Scripture, with emphasis on the Holy Spirit, evangelism, and apostolic ministry. These are the convictions that unite our family of ministers.

Full Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God — the supreme guide for faith and conduct. Both the Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit and are the only rule of faith and practice.
We believe that salvation is a free gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ results in regeneration, justification, and the gift of eternal life.
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, a distinct experience subsequent to salvation, evidenced initially by speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This gift empowers believers for holy living and effective witness.
We believe that healing for spirit, soul, and body is provided in the atonement of Jesus Christ. God heals the sick in answer to believing prayer, to the glory of His name. We pray for the sick in faith, trusting God to heal according to His sovereign will.
We believe the Church is the body of Christ — every born-again believer. The local church is the expression of that body in a specific community, and we are committed to honoring, supporting, and strengthening the local church through network ministry.
We believe in the personal, bodily, and imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ. This blessed hope purifies and motivates the Church to evangelism, holy living, and faithful stewardship until He comes.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead — the righteous to eternal life with God, and the unrighteous to eternal separation from God. The reality of eternity compels us to soul-winning urgency in all we do.

Full ordination for established ministers who have demonstrated fruitfulness, doctrinal soundness, and a track record in ministry.

  • Licensed minister in good standing (minimum 1 year)
  • Evidence of active, fruitful ministry

  • Annual renewal covenant and network participation

Recognized for ministers called to apostolic oversight of multiple churches, regions, or ministry movements within the network.

Ministers considering City Harvest Network often ask the same things. Here are honest answers to the most common ones.

Start by completing our credentialing application at cityharvest.network/apply. You'll provide basic ministry information, a pastoral reference, and a personal statement of faith. Our team will review your application and connect you with leadership to discuss the right credentialing pathway for your ministry.
There is an annual credentialing fee that covers your minister's license or ordination documentation, network membership, and access to resources and events. Specific fee information is provided during the application review process. We believe in transparency — there are no hidden costs.
Yes. We welcome ministers who are credentialed elsewhere and are sensing a call to align with City Harvest Network. A review of your current credentials and ministry history will be part of the application process. We honor the work God has already done in your life and ministry.
Not necessarily. Many of our ministers hold dual alignment or are in the process of transitioning. What matters most is doctrinal alignment with our Statement of Faith and a genuine commitment to the City Harvest Network community. We recommend a conversation with our team to discuss your specific situation.
A Minister's License is the entry point — it covers emerging ministers, evangelists, and those new to formal credentialing. Ordination is a more formal recognition of a minister's calling, character, and fruitfulness in ministry. Ordained ministers can perform all pastoral rites (weddings, funerals, baptisms) with full network recognition. Most members begin with a license and move to ordination within one to two years.
City Harvest Network members can recommend first-time students to Valor Christian College for up to 25% tuition assistance. The scholarship applies to both on-campus and online programs. To recommend a student, visit cityharvest.network/scholarships. Students must apply through the standard Valor admissions process and note the City Harvest Network recommendation.
