City Harvest Network 2021 Renewal
As 2020 comes to a close and we look forward to what God intends to do with and through our City Harvest Network,
renewing will give us an up-to-date understanding of changes that may have taken place in your life & ministry
over the last year to help us better serve you.
Renewing is simple and should only take a few minutes:
- Fill out the Renewal Form with your current information.
- Submit the annual membership fee ($100 for Individual Connect members or $200 for Ministry Connect members).
- Renew your commitment to give monthly to support City Harvest Network throughout the year, which helps us plant and strengthen life-giving churches in America and around the world, meet practical needs through our Bridge of Hope missions outreach, and win souls for the Kingdom.
As soon as your renewal application is complete, we will send you your 2021 membership card and packet. Make sure you
complete your renewal by January 31, 2021 to prevent your current membership from expiring!

Because of your faithful support, your annual membership fee ($100 for Individual Connect members or $200 for Ministry Connect members) will be automatically waived when you complete your Information Update Form and continue your monthly giving by January 31, 2021.
