Founder & General Overseer

Dr. Rod Parsley

Dr. Rod Parsley has been clearly called to a pre-eminent position of leadership within the Body of Christ. He was 19 when he first led a Bible study in his parents' backyard. In more than 50 years since then, he has built one of the most important and far-reaching Christian ministries in the United States.

He has founded and now leads outreaches with local, national, and worldwide reach — serving as TV host, evangelist, educator, humanitarian, and statesman. Dr. Parsley is the Founder and General Overseer of City Harvest Network.

General Ambassador

Bishop David & Amy Amos

After many years in government service, Bishop David Amos took the step of faith and followed the call into full-time ministry. A true son of legacy, he serves his mentor, Dr. Rod Parsley, as an Ambassador of City Harvest Network — assisting in credentialing ministers, planting churches, and providing pastoral care to pastors. A Valor Christian College graduate, Bishop Amos has founded several churches across the country and brings a unique gift-set as an anointed speaker, fearless leader, and passionate pastor.

General Ambassador

Bishop Brian & Pastor Natalie Bolt

Bishop Brian Bolt is on an assignment from Heaven to reach the lost and build God's Kingdom. Pastor Brian and his wife, Natalie, pastor CityReach Church in Whittier, CA with a simple yet radical vision to Reach LA and Reach the World with a bold Gospel message and miracles, signs and wonders following. The hungry are fed, the lost are saved, the blind see, the deaf hear, the lame walk, the demon-possessed are set free, and the sick are healed — both locally in Los Angeles and internationally through evangelistic crusades and missions trips.

The Designation

What are Bishops and Overseers?

Bishops and Overseers within City Harvest Network are minister distinguished by demonstrated apostolic leadership, spiritual maturity, proven ministry, and an established sphere of influence. This recognition is extended to leaders whose ministry impact reaches beyond a single local congregation through their influence among churches, ministries, leaders, communities, or regions.

Those recognized as Overseers/Bishops have also demonstrated a meaningful history of service and commitment to City Harvest Network and Valor Christian College, contributing at an elevated level to the vision, mission, and advancement of the ministry.

The designation acknowledges the apostolic grace, influence, experience, and Kingdom impact evident upon a minister’s life and ministry, while honoring their continued relationship and service within the City Harvest Network family.
